Terms of Service

Game Plan Growth provides marketing services including social media management, paid advertising management, SEO and related website and content work. The specific deliverables are the ones listed on the plan you purchase or in the proposal we agree with you.

Packaged services are recurring monthly subscriptions. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe, and the same amount is billed automatically every month on that date until you cancel.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

If a payment fails, we may pause work on your account until the payment is resolved.

Advertising spend is not included in management fees unless a plan explicitly says so. Ad spend is paid separately and goes directly to Meta, Google or the relevant platform, and you keep full ownership of your ad accounts.

Services are month-to-month with 30 days' notice required for cancellation. Your service continues, and billing continues, through that notice period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

To deliver our work we need timely access to the accounts we're managing, the content and information we request, and reasonably prompt feedback and approvals.

You confirm that any content, images, logos and claims you give us are accurate and that you have the right to use them.

We deliver the services in your plan with professional care, keep your information confidential, and report on the work each month.

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, impressions, conversions or any specific result.

You own your accounts, your brand assets and the content we create for you once the related invoices are paid. We may use non-confidential examples of the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Our total liability in connection with our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
