Month-to-month services, 30 days' notice to cancel, and exactly how refunds work.

Month-to-month, always
Every packaged Game Plan Growth service runs month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation penalties.
How to cancel
Email manager@gameplangrowth.ca, or use the billing portal link in your confirmation email. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice.
Your service — and billing — continues through the 30-day notice period, and we complete the work scheduled in that period. After that, no further payments are taken.
Refunds
Because our services are delivered as work over each monthly cycle, monthly fees are non-refundable once that month's work has started.
If you were billed in error, charged twice, or billed after your notice period ended, contact us and we'll refund it promptly.
One-off project work (such as a landing page or photography session) is quoted separately and refunds follow the terms in that quote.
Advertising spend
Advertising spend is paid directly to Meta, Google or the relevant platform and is separate from our management fee. Game Plan Growth cannot refund money already spent on ads by those platforms.
Pausing instead of cancelling
If you need a temporary break — a seasonal slowdown, for example — get in touch. We can often pause your plan rather than cancel it.
